what an absolute letdown! old, creaky apartment, and the shower had no warm water initially! i requested a room change due to the musty smell, yet zero response from management, not even a hint of compensation. the cleaning crew must’ve skipped my room entirely. i almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The location is truly enchanting, just a

short stroll from both the vibrant old town and the serene beaches. I especially appreciated Rosa’s hospitality, providing great tips and affordable car hire options. however, I found the cleanliness could be improved in some areas.

It was just a strong match for an overnight stop in Albufeira with good value. The daily cleaning was a nice touch, keeping things tidy. Bring your own towels for the kitchen since there’s only one provided.

It all depends on your needs

The pool area was lovely and we enjoyed it mostly to ourselves. Short walk to the old town offered charming evenings out and a peaceful getaway was just what we needed.

On arrival, we faced disappointment due to a maggot infestation leading us to an inferior property booked. We were also surprised with a €200 deposit requirement that wasn't mentioned prior.

The little private terrace off our studio was perfect for morning coffee, helped us beat the heat and enjoy the fine views over the hills. The pool area was like a dream, clean and well maintained, we spent our evenings there soaking up the sun.
